In Farber's sequel to The Radical Leap, he further develops some of the primary points he made in his first book. This book is less about 'How to become a successful leader' and more about what to do once you are there. While much of what he suggests will lead to more profit for you or your company, the real takeaway from this book is that doing a job for love, not money, is what real success is about.
Just like his last book, The Radical Edge is an extremely short read and worth the hour or two.
